| John Hazelwood Finance Director John is responsible for the financial management of the Group's business, including financial records and information, funding requirements, taxation etc. He is also the Company Secretary.

| Roger Woudman Property Manager Roger deals with all Estate and Property Management issues, ensuring all Estates are kept in good order with tenants complying with the terms of their leases. The production and collection of all tenant demands, including rents, service charges and insurance premiums falls within Roger's remit, as do the day to day general tenant issues.

| Richard Goodman FNAEA Residential New Build House Sales The sales of all new residential properties are dealt with solely by Richard Goodman from our Sales Office.
