In dealing with the acquisition of such sites, Hargreaves maintains a flexible attitude in order to accommodate the wishes of the landowner and deals can be finalised either on the basis of an outright purchase, or alternatively, an Option formula for a certain period of time whilst obtaining planning permission and negotiating other matters relating to the site.
