At Hargreaves we have always had a policy of retaining the investment properties which we have developed over the past 40 years and this has resulted in us having a significant investment portfolio of over 3 million sq ft with accommodation available of varying types, sizes and in locations across South East England.
In most cases after the properties are returned to us, a programme of refurbishment/enhancement is undertaken using the Company’s own in-house construction department; buildings are therefore ready for early occupation by our customers on terms to suit an individual company’s occupational needs.
