Richard's role is to ensure continued strategic growth of the Hargreaves Group of Companies in respect of both new developments as well as upgrading an enhancement of the company's existing properties, investment and portfolio.

Alastair Skinner

Commercial Director

Alastair, working closely with Richard Andrew, has overall responsibility for the investment portfolio. This includes managing the Property Management team and the day to day running of the portfolio. In addition Alastair’s role involves identifying new opportunities for the Hargreaves group of companies.

Patrick Hamilton

Financial Director

Patrick is responsible for the financial management of the Group's business, including financial records and information, funding requirements, taxation etc. He is also the Company Secretary

Philip Edwards

Senior Asset Manager

Working closely with senior Directors, Philip's role is to carry out an on going review of the company's commercial, residential and development portfolio. Identifying new development and investment opportunities, to add to the Hargreaves group of companies, also falls within Philip's area of responsibility.

James Belbin

Senior Surveyor

James works primarily assisting Richard Andrew in respect of new developments as well as managing and enhancing the company's existing assets. He manages the companies rates liabilities, helps with new lettings, rent reviews, and planning applications. He provides general support to senior management and helps evaluate new company investments both on the residential and commercial side of the business.

Simon Vlok

Property Manager

Simon's responsibilities are to carry out an on-going program of regular inspections of all properties/estates to identify items of disrepair and maintenance required by the landlord or tenant. He also oversees such works as may be required and reviews and monitors all maintenance contracts to ensure value for money and quality control.

Residential Property Manager

Sarah manages the Company's extensive residential investment portfolio which has been built up over the past 25 years. As well as handling check-ins, check-outs & lease renewals, she also manages refurbishments and the general day to day maintenance.

Carole Davies

Office Manager

Carole ensures the smooth running of support services for the property management team. The role includes being a customer first point of contact, the interpretation of information and subsequent updating of our management systems, the population of legal documents and audio typing assistance.

Vernon Field

Finance Manager

Vernon's job role includes administering subcontractors payments and ensuring compliance with CIS requirements, supervising purchase ledger and wages and preparation of VAT returns and management reports.

Financial Controller - Property

Steve works closely with the Property Management Department to ensure completeness and accuracy of tenant charges, dealing with all accounting and financial reporting requirements relating to the Group's property portfolio.

Financial Controller - Compliance

Anthony is responsible for the preparation of the Group and Subsidiary Company Accounts for audit, annual statutory returns, management reporting and administration of accounting software systems.

Customer Care Co-ordinator

Sheila is the first point of contact for all purchasers; company reps and other incoming enquiries. Assisting with maintenance enquiries, reception duties, producing sales literature and providing administrative support for the Managing Director.

Building Office Manager

Nikki carries out general administrative work within the Construction Department preparing reports; minutes, drawing issues, letters, memos, filing and distributing drawings to internal and external consultants.

Bob Cantle Quantity Surveyor Bob acts as Quantity Surveyor and administers overall financial control of the surveying department relating to all commercial and residential projects.

Martin is a Part 2 Architect and employed as a Technical Design Manager and his main role is to oversee and co-ordinate drawing production which includes dealing with technical and design issues.
