Hargreaves Group are pleased to announce it has completed the purchase of a Retail Warehousing scheme let to Wickes and Dunelm, on Bourne Way Salisbury, for c.£9,300,000 reflecting an initial yield of c.8.50%. There is also a vacant unit which will increase this running yield once let.
The 58,700 sq. ft. (5,453 sq. m.) scheme is situated in the principal retail warehousing location, to the South East of Salisbury town Centre, adjacent to Tesco Extra and Lidl, and in close proximity to Halfords, Pets At Home, Home Bargains and another Hargreaves ownership, Bourne Way Retail Park, where the tenants are Dreams and Carpetright.
This purchase illustrates the current appetite the Hargreaves Group have to acquire well located commercial investments, within its geographical target area, that provide scope for asset management opportunities.
