Hargreaves is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Hamilton as Head of Compliance. In this role Patrick will provide key statutory support and challenge to the Finance Director, Neil Cottle, and take the lead streamlining the Management Accounts and Statutory Accounts process, adhering to all Company House requirements and ensuring all Tax matters are dealt with. Patrick will also be responsible for improving Governance where applicable and ensuring internal controls are correct and efficient.
Patrick trained at Grant Thornton and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996. He then held position both at Russell New and Bouygues Group. Patrick re-joins the business having previously held a number of positions at Hargreaves between 2001 and 2020, during a period of sustained development.
