Helen will have overall responsibility and accountability for the Group’s development portfolio and development team, including delivery of all existing development pipeline and sourcing new development opportunities.
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 30 years’ cross sector experience, Helen is skilled in value creation with extensive mixed use development real estate experience gained across the major property sectors. Helen has a particular talent for transforming vision into strategy and has a proven track record in delivering and maximising returns on investment.
Formerly Development Director with Aviva Investors, Helen was responsible for devising and implementing strategic initiatives for existing assets and acquisitions across most asset classes to create or stabilise value to optimise returns for investors in the various Funds managed by Aviva Investors.
Previously, Helen was Acquisitions Director at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc and Development Executive at Land Securities.
