Hargreaves further strengthen Property Team

We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new members of staff to the Hargreaves Group.

Robert Thompson joins the Property Team as Development Surveyor and will principally be focusing on unlocking development opportunities from our existing land holdings, as well as delivering our existing development pipeline and investigating and securing additional development projects.

Robert is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has worked in development for more than ten years since qualification. He was trained at Gerald Eve in London before working for Swire Properties in Hong Kong. In recent years he has worked for Park Green whose developments are mainly in the south west of England.

Sally Anne-Dobson joins the Property Team as an Administrator, supporting the growing team and working alongside Carole and Lauren. Sally previously worked for Body Shop in their Property Team, before running her own business.

Alastair Skinner, Managing Director, comments “The appointment of Robert and Sally to the Hargreaves Team further enhances the diverse skill base of the Property Team. Roberts’ addition to the team will allow us to progress development and planning matters to grow our long-term investment portfolio and deliver the strategic business plan”.
