Hargreaves welcomes new Asset Manager

Russell Smith joins Hargreaves Property Management Team as Asset Manager.

Russell has been in the property industry since 2011 after completing a Property Management degree in Bristol – UWE. He has worked in various property roles including Austin Gray (Auctioneering), City Trust (Asset Management), Stiles Harold Williams (Landlord and Tenant/ Agency/ Development Consultancy) and most recent CBRE where he focused on Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Regears for Lloyds Banking Group.

Russell’s primary role within the team is to negotiate Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals across the whole commercial portfolio. In addition to this he will assist the Property Management Team exploring / implementing asset management initiatives.

Philip Edwards, Property Director, comments “The appointment of Russell illustrates our desire to further grow the Property Team at Hargreaves, enabling us to increase the size of the Portfolio”.
