We have, over the summer months, seen continued demand for industrial space across our portfolio.

Recently we have concluded lettings at Portfield Industrial Estate, Portsmouth (3,492 sqft) and York Road, Burgess Hill (10,361 sqft) on highly competitive lease terms, reflecting this strong market demand. We welcome Progression Signage and Display Ltd and The Creative Assembly Limited respectively.

These were the last two available units in our Portsmouth and Burgess Hill holdings and we are delighted these are now fully let.
