Occupational demand in uncertain times

The UK commercial property market is experiencing unprecedented pressure, due to the effects of Covid-19, especially on occupying businesses.

However, we are still seeing a good level of demand for space across our portfolio and completing deals.

Since lockdown on the 23^rd March we have completed lease renewals in Hedge End and Portsmouth. New lettings in Brighton and Portsmouth, an Agreement for Lease in Basingstoke and a rent review in Hedge End.

All of these transactions affirm the interest and demand in our properties across the portfolio and were concluded at pre Covid-19, rental and incentive levels.
