Hargreaves are pleased to welcome Fridge Spares UK to their Portfield Industrial Estate in Portsmouth following completion of a new 10 year lease. Established over 50 years ago, the tenant is one of the largest refrigeration and air conditioning wholesalers in the UK.

The letting was agreed before extensive works to the unit were completed and again demonstrates Hargreaves commitment to investing in their portfolio. This follows the recent letting of Unit C4 to Vivid Housing.
