Following the successful lettings earlier this year of 12,000 sq ft of fully refurbished air- conditioned office space to NaturalMotion and Player Research, we are pleased to announce the letting of the remaining two floors of Queens Road Quadrant to Octopus Energy Limited.

A new customer to Hargreaves, Octopus Energy is an eco-friendly energy supply company and has agreed a new 10 year lease on this prime central Brighton office building. Octopus will be occupying two floors extending to 10,600 sq ft.
