Investment Committee Chairman

William Hill qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985. He joined Schroders in 1989 and became head of its real estate investment division in 1991 building a substantial pan European business before setting up his own consultancy business in 2014. Alongside his work with Hargreaves, he is also a non-executive chairman of Ediston Property Investment Company plc, a Uk Reit; and a Board member of Old Oak Park Royal Development Corporation and chair of its planning committee. William has completed two sustainability courses run by Cambridge University’s Institute of Sustainable Leadership, a subject close to his heart. He is a member of the Hargreaves ESG Working Group to ensure the team are accountable for the delivery of their ESG strategy.
