Tim Wilmer joins the Hargreaves Team

We are delighted to announce Tim’s appointment to the Hargreaves Group as a Senior Asset Manager.

Tim is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has worked in the Commercial Property Sector for over 20 years. Tim will be focused on the examination of potential investment opportunities to include reviewing and raising funding to enable further acquisitions.

The role will also involve pro-active asset management of the Company’s existing portfolio and assisting both Richard Andrew and Alastair Skinner in special projects.
