Hargreaves teams up with Amiri Construction on our latest development

We are delighted to announce Amiri Construction have commenced work on the design and build of the Mill Lane Retail Park in Alton for us.

The scheme, scheduled for completion in October 2022, will provide four new retail units totalling 46,500sqft together with associated service roads, car parking and landscaping. We look forward to working with Amiri Construction’s experienced team to deliver this scheme which will accommodate a first rate line up of retailers, including Lidl, Home Bargains and Costa Coffee.
