    Richard has overall responsibility for developing and overseeing the Hargreaves group of Companies business strategies and ensuring the strategic growth of the Hargreaves Portfolio for future generations.

    Alastair has ultimate responsibility for the investment portfolio. This includes managing the Property Management team and the day to day running of the portfolio. In addition Alastair’s role involves identifying new investment opportunities for the Hargreaves group of companies.

    Patrick is responsible for the financial management of the Group including annual financial statements, accounting records, software, funding requirements and taxation.

    Senior Asset Manager
    Philip's role is to identify and deliver asset enhancement initiatives across our Portfolio in conjunction with the companies overall strategies and objectives.

    Senior Asset Manager
    Tim’s role is focused on the examination of potential investment opportunities whilst reviewing and raising funding to enable further acquisitions. The role also involves pro-active asset management of the Company’s existing portfolio.

    Simon's responsibilities involve the day to day management of all commercial sites within the Hargreaves portfolio together with assisting the team with new lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews.

    Sarah manages the Company’s extensive residential investment portfolio, manages refurbishments and day to day maintenance and the acquisition of additional residential property for the Group.

    Carole ensures the smooth running of support services for the Property Management Team. This includes being a customer first point of contact, the updating of management systems, population of legal documents and providing administrative assistance.

    Providing administrative support to the Property Team and managing the work allocation for the maintenance staff.

Accounts Team

    Steve works closely with the Property Management Department to ensure completeness and accuracy of tenant charges, dealing with all accounting and financial reporting requirements relating to the Group's property portfolio.

    Anthony is responsible for the preparation of the Group and Subsidiary Company Accounts for audit, annual statutory returns, management reporting and administration of accounting software systems.

    Helen primarily deals with sales ledger processing, bank reconciliations, credit control and also payroll.

    Claire mainly deals with purchase ledger processing and direct debit administration.
