About

The Hargreaves Group was founded in 1964 as a private investment and development Company specialising in commercial and residential property across the South East of England.

The Group holds a mixed portfolio of over 2.2 million sq. ft. of commercial property and over 100 residential units.

Considerable in-house expertise combined with a close working relationship with our professional teams provides us with a solid platform to focus on our core fundamentals and adding value hands-on asset management.

Commitment to our Customers

For 60 years Hargreaves has been a developer and owner of South Coast commercial and residential property, priding ourselves in our longstanding customer and service provider relationships.

We set high standards for ourselves and those that work for/with us, making sure we all share our vision and our commitment to the quality of real estate we offer local and national businesses. We pride ourselves on the presentation of the space we offer from industrial sheds to high tech office space. Operating from over 25 locations and more than 400 units we have numerous customers who trade from multiple units within our portfolio, and we continue to be a preferred supplier for numerous national operators.

As a generational holder of real estate, we continually invest in and improve the space we offer to ensure it meets the continually changing demands of the market and our customers, allowing them to thrive for generations to come.

Properties are largely managed directly by us, ensuring that our customers can communicate directly with our professional real estate team.  The quality of the space we offer, along with the service that comes with it results in a high lease renewal rate across the portfolio. Many of our customers have operated from premise we own and manage for decades.
