Hargreaves Group appoints Matthew Peake as Property Director

Hargreaves announces the appointment of Matthew Peake as Property Director.

Matthew Peake joins from Cluttons where he was, Head of Commercial Property Management, prior to which he was a Deputy Fund Manager at M&G Real Estate, and a Fund Manager at CBRE Investment Management. Peake joins Hargreaves group to head up the Property team to identify and deliver asset enhancement initiatives in line with the Company’s overall strategy to maintain and grow their £500m portfolio.
