Sarah joins from ECE Planning where she was, Associate Director, prior to which she worked for Rocco Homes in Surrey. Sarah joins Hargreaves group to head up planning to unlock value add opportunities that exist across the entire commercial and residential portfolio. Sarah will be working closely with the Chairman, CEO and Investment Director in this newly created role.

With a diverse portfolio of property holdings, we identified a need to invest further in looking at all aspects of planning across the business including new build development across our development sites, longer term change of use of some of our holdings, appraising new opportunities both from a planning and financial point of view, to expanding the use classes of existing locations. We therefore created a new role to lead this area of the business to ensure we unlock the existing and future potential across all our assets. Sarah brings a refreshing enthusiasm to all matters planning related.
