Waterloo Park, Waterlooville

12 acre commercial site acquired in 2014. Hargreaves completed work on a new Lidl Superstore comprising 20,600 sq. ft. and a McDonalds drive-thru in 2016.

Our attention has now turned to developing the remaining 9 acres of the site for which we are looking to bring forward a mixed-use scheme in 2018.

Rock Business Park, Washington

62,000 sq. ft. of high-quality business space across sixteen units let to a range of national and local businesses.

The site was for many years occupied by a poultry rearing business known as Rock Poultry Farm. When acquired, the disused farm buildings were demolished, and speculative construction was carried out in two phases of 27,000 sq. ft. and 35,000 sq. ft., respectively.

Solent Retail Park, Havant

150,000 sq. ft. of retail space fully let to a range of national operators including NEXT, M&S, Halfords, Pets at Home, Laura Ashley, Hobbcraft, Peacocks, Sports Direct and Evans Cycles.

The development was constructed in three phases. The first phase was constructed in 2003 and delivered a terrace of seven retail units totaling 60,000 sq. ft. The second phase and third phase were constructed in 2016 delivering a further four units totaling 90,000 sq. ft.

The development has done much to regenerate Solent Road into a vibrant and recognised retail destination and one of the South’s prime Retail Parks.
