Richard Andrew

Chairman

Richard is Chairman of the Board ensuring it is effective and suitably experienced.
Richard also has overall responsibility for developing and overseeing the Hargreaves Group of Companies business strategies and ensuring the growth of the Hargreaves Portfolio for future generations.

Chris Martin

Chief Executive Officer

A member of the operational Board with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Hargreaves Group of companies. This includes all aspects of the financial and risk management, ensuring efficient and effective management of the Group’s assets and assessing the growth and performance of the business as a whole. In addition, working closely with the Chairman and the Board implementing the business strategy to ensure the preservation and growth of the family wealth for shareholders, beneficiaries and future generations.

Allison Andrew

Non-Executive Director

Ali is a Non-Executive Director of Hargreaves Property Holdings Limited, responsible for good governance and oversight of the Executive Management.

John Hazelwood

Director

John has a broad role across Company activities, with particular emphasis on corporate structure, tax strategy and pension schemes. He was previously the Company’s Financial Director and Company Secretary for many years.

Dave Auckland

Chief Financial Officer

Dave is responsible for all aspects of financial management and strategy development to help drive forward the business and provide key commercial support and challenge to the Chief Executive Officer and Board. To take the lead in evolving the business’s financial strategy and planning, be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the business and identifying areas of risk and the necessary mitigation steps in the business and its investments.

Tim Wilmer

Investment Director

Tim’s role is split between sourcing new investment opportunities to grow the commercial portfolio and capital investment projects within the existing portfolio including development projects. He is also involved in raising real estate finance, ESG initiatives, valuation and delivering the EPC enhancement strategy.

Louisa Brooks

Property Director

Louisa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property and asset management, driving portfolio performance, managing internal and external stakeholders and delivering accurate and timely reporting of all aspects of the property portfolio to management and The Board.

Sarah Hufford

Head of Planning

Sarah joins Hargreaves group to head up planning to unlock value add opportunities that exist across the entire commercial and residential portfolio.

David Russell-Smith

Senior Asset Manager

David’s responsibilities involve working across all aspects of the portfolio including day to day management of our commercial holdings, actioning lease events and asset management initiatives.

Alastair Keir

Senior Asset Manager

Responsible for working across all aspects of the portfolio including day to day management of commercial holdings, actioning lease events and asset management initiatives.

Simon Vlok

Asset Manager

Simon’s responsibilities involve working across all aspects of the portfolio including day to day management of our commercial holdings, actioning lease events and asset management initiatives.

Sarah Perryman

Head of Residential

Sarah is responsible for in-house management of the residential portfolio of approximately 100 units, including managing refurbishments, handovers, dilapidations, day-to-day maintenance and looks to acquire residential investments to add to the portfolio. She also oversees leasehold enfranchisement and estate management for the group.

Chelsea Adams

Commercial Lettings Manager

Chelsea drives the successful marketing and letting of commercial properties by coordinating agents, managing promotional materials and supporting Asset Managers with market insights and operational execution.

Sarah Collins

Facilities Manager

Sarah manages the commercial estates in our East Portfolio, liaising with managing agents, asset managers, contractors and allocating work.

William Hinde

Facilities Manager

William manages the commercial estates in our West Portfolio, liaising with managing agents, asset managers, contractors and allocating work.

Lauren Sherman

Maintenance & Marketing Manager

Lauren manages Head Office property matters and maintenance staff, portfolio car parking lettings. Online marketing and social media.

Linda Sellars

Property Team Office Manager

Linda provides administrative support to the property team including the updating of management systems, and all legal documents.

John Don-Wauchope

Head of Finance

John’s is responsible for board reporting, extending the property portfolio analysis, cashflow management, updating software systems and PV management.

Steve McCluskey

Finance Controller – Property

Steve works closely with the Property Management Department to ensure completeness and accuracy of tenant charges, dealing with all accounting and financial reporting requirements relating to the Group’s property portfolio.

David Allan

Management Accountant

David is responsible for the preparation of the statutory and management accounts, corporation tax, VAT, and statutory compliance, and treasury management.

Claire Bowring

Accounts Payable Manager

Claire is responsible for Accounts payable department and looks at ways to improve efficiency through processes.

Helen Richardson

Senior Accounts Assistant

Helen primarily deals with sales ledger processing, bank reconciliations, credit control and also payroll.

Mark Miskelly

Financial Planning & Analysis

Assisting the Financial Controller, Property to support Property Management, and to ensure the completeness/ accuracy of all tenant charges required are raised and received in a timely manner, including rents, service charge reconciliations, property insurances and recoverable expenditure.

In her role as Accounts Assistant, Gaynor assists the Accounts Payable Manager Claire with all matters dealing with Accounts Payable.

Responsible for all administration/secretarial support and personal assistance to the Chairman

Annette Dixon

PA/Administrator

Annette’s role is to support and provide administrative assistance to the Finance Director and wider Finance Department.

Sheila Thomas

Administrator

Sheila provides administrative support across the business, as well as residential estate management in conjunction with the external managing agents.

Estate Management & Maintenance

Florence John

House Manager, Greenleas

Promoting wellbeing through welfare checks, liaising with social services, health practitioners and other agencies. Providing professional housing support, housing management and monitoring of health & safety compliances.

Keith Porter

Estate Supervisor

Responsible for maintenance and repair works to properties/estates within the commercial portfolio. Responsible for regular inspections of the portfolio estates and attending to remedial works for any issues identified.
