Hargreaves Group are pleased to announce it has completed the purchase of a Retail Warehousing scheme let to DSG Retail, Pets at Home, Halfords and Costa, on Easton Lane Winchester, for c.£10,000,000 reflecting an initial yield of c.7%.

The 33,449 sq ft (3,108 sq m) scheme is situated in the principle retail warehousing location, to the North of Winchester town Centre, close to Homebase, Wickes and Tesco’s.

This purchase illustrates the current appetite the Hargreaves Group have to acquire well located commercial investments, within its geographical target area, that provide scope for asset management opportunities. This scheme is opposite its existing holding of Winchester Trade Park.
